ZETTLER® Medicall® 800
Medicall 800 is a nurse call and
care communication system based on LON®
bus technology. It provides numerous call
functions, direct communication options,
different answer variants and interfaces to
other electronic systems. These essential
features of Medicall 800 help
make care organisations more effecient
while at the same time enhancing patient
and personnel safety.
Medicall 800 was developed

The nursing home building code prescribes
the installation of a nurse call system in all of
the care organisations listed above.
DIN/VDE 0834 defines the performance
features of call systems in hospitals,
retirement and old people's homes, nursing
homes and prisons. Medicall
800 fulfills all requirements. We assure
compliance with norms and standards for
systems varying widely in size and
functionality.
Medicall 800 can be adapted to
an institution's specific requirements. It may
be configured as a nurse call system without
voice function or as a combined nurse call
and care communication system with voice
support – handsfree calls to and from rooms
or indvidual beds. Of course, combinations of
these basic variants are also possible.
