Building service technicians, care personnel and security staff are
always on the move within the organization. Using our Cordless
Telephone System, these employees can be reached anytime and
anywhere. The ability to respond quickly increases the
organization's security and safety levels. Some application
examples will demonstrate the benefits of this system.
In conjunction with Medicall 800, the DECT telephones serve as
mobile answering stations. Nurses are able to receive patient calls
directly from among the group assigned to them; these calls can be
queried and processed immediately. Moreover, patients can be
contacted directly via the Medicall room terminals. This ability to
communicate directly reduces the distances walked by the nurses.
The DECT handset can be used for group or station announcements.
Doctors and resuscitation teams can be informed directly by means of
call assignment, enabling them to respond rapidly. Service calls can be
routed directly to service providers (e.g. cafeteria) without any need to
involve the care personnel.
